WCHA applicants are housed in numerical order from their position on the waiting list. The applicant position on the waiting list is determined by the date the application was completed (with all required documents).

• Applicants must not have a recent record of violent or drug related criminal activity.
• Applicants must not owe rent or have any balances with any Public Housing Authority.
• White Castle Housing Authority does not handle Section 8 Vouchers, we are not affiliated with the program.
